SHE Leads

SHE Leads is a comprehensive three-part leadership training designed for women working in male-dominated industries.

This training empowers female leaders to discover their Values, Voice, and Vision as they explore their personal skills while crafting a career path with the support of peers, seasoned women leaders, and subject matter experts.

The series includes mentoring and coaching, along with ample opportunities for networking and community building among women leaders. Each participant will embark on a personalized journey to define their Values, amplify their Voice, and shape their Vision. The course also features guest speakers and subject matter experts.
