Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI)

Our DEI class brings workforces together by focusing on the education of today’s different cultures, belief systems and forms of communication 

Learners will gain an understanding of the ways that culture impacts and influences professionalism within the workplace and how implicit bias may negatively affect the team, productivity and success.

The student will develop an awareness of cultural diversity and determine the benefits diversity plays when is come to teamwork and problem-solving.

Special attention will be paid to understanding and reflecting on one’s own biases and how bias may influence quality behavior.

Finally, the class introduces how and what “soft skills” to bring to the table to invite collaboration, inclusivity and positivity to your workforce.
